Pattaya is quite (in)famous for its prostitution and once you visit you will know why. Take a walk down "walking street" at night and visit one of the many many gogo bars for your entertainment. They often try to get you in with cheap drinks so a Heineken for 50 bath should be no problem here. If you're not into the gogo scene than try the Irish pub in the middle of walking street, live music every night and all your favourite beers.

Apart from all the 60+ foreigners with their Thai girlfriends Pattaya is still fun with lots of things to do for tourists. Visit for example the tropical garden or one of the many cultural shows. The beach here is not that nice as in other places in Thailand, the sand is more rocky and it's crowded with tourists. The main advantage is that Pattaya is only a 2 hour drive away from Bangkok making it ideal for a weekendtrip. Guesthouses can be found right in the center and the more luxurious hotels are located just outside the main area.

	Suprisingly, there are very nice women as well. If you are dragged into a bar/go go by a girl, you can chill and drink a few brews and most of em will chill, and kick your arse on pool. You can leave at anytime. Guest
