Soi 11
Turn left on the first small Soi into Soi 11 and you will find the local younger expat crowd hanging out mixed with some tourists, Cheap Charlies has become a phenomena for it's cheap drinks and friendly atmosphere, especially popular as a pre-drinking destination.
Signs like "Please pee do not shit" and a sign in Thai that forbids Thai women of coming here on their own will put a smile on your face. Decorations are of the unusual kind, buffalo heads and rubber tits, who comes up with that stuff? Remain within marked line on the street!
