Right at the beginning of the soi on the left hand side, the place gets crowded after 11 and is open until 2. This is the place to hear some great dance/drum and bass music. Cover charge is 100 Baht with drinks being fairly expensive.
Places on soi 4 seem to come and go, Tapas however has been around for a long time and seems to attract just the right customers.
