Nest to Lumpini Park on the street connecting Wireless and Ratchadamri Road.
One of the oldest pubs in Bangkok and winner of several awards, most bars on this street change every couple of months but Brown Sugar has been around for a while. And for a good reason, great place for a quiet nice out.
Food is good and reasonably priced, drinks are rather expensive however.
